What is the RTI-PCCO?

Mission
The RTI-PCCO is a cooperative community of families and childcare professionals joined in partnership to provide a healthy and inspiring early learning environment. Ours is a place where individual children are nurtured physically, emotionally, creatively, cognitively and socially, ensuring that their young lives are tangibly enriched and that they receive the essential foundations of independence, security and significance.
Our Child Care Philosophy
The Center is designed to provide a safe, loving, and enriching day care environment for each individual child 6 weeks through 5 years of age. The program will focus on encouraging the development of each individual child to his/her maximum potential through developmentally appropriate activities. These activities will focus on facilitating learning through the process of play.
